Bianca Carvalho Gonçalves

Bianca died after being shot in the head. Her belongings were also taken.

Military Police confirmed that [deadname] Carvalho Gonçalves, 22, was killed with at least two shots to the head near a fair in Primavera do Leste (244 kilometers from Cuiabá), last night. According to a police officer, the victim introduced herself as 'Bianca' and was known in the city for working as a travesti.

The Civil Police is investigating the crime as robbery (theft followed by death), as the victim's purse and other belongings were taken.

The body was sent to the Legal Medical Institute (IML), will undergo necropsy exams. According to the Primavera funeral home, [deadname]'s body will be transferred to São José do Rio Preto (SP), where the family members reside.
