Monse

Monse was shot from a passing vehicle on the bridge of Plaza Sendero at around 3:30am on Sunday 7th October. She died in hospital.

On 15th June Chanel had been shot dead on Alexander Von Humboldt Avenue in the same city (see https://tdor.translivesmatter.info/reports/2018/07/15/chanel_toluca-estado-de-mexico-mexico_37dbc1f7 ).
