The victim's body was found in the afternoon of Friday 16th September by the side of the road leading to to the rural community of La Estanzuela in the municipality of San Felipe.
She had been tortured. Her hands and feet were bound with wire and she had multiple burns on her body.
Her identity and exact date of death are unknown.
