Bruna was shot dead by two men on a motorcycle.
A 15-year-old girl was shot dead last night in the Vila Velha neighborhood . According to police, two gunmen on a motorbike found the [trans woman] walking down Avenida Major Assis, where she headed to Praia de Iracema to a prostitution point.
According to the Homicide Division delegate, Cleófilo Rodrigues, the motive for the crime was drug debt. Known as "Bruna Quércia" and identified as 15-year-old [deadname] de Oliveira Costa, she was already receiving death threats because she was a drug user and owed money to drug dealers in the area.
