Arantza Aldanely Castillo Cruz

Arantza's body was found nearly three weeks after she had gone missing. There are reorts that she may have been kidnapped.

Monterrey.- After more than 20 days of searching to locate [deadname] Castillo Cruz, the young trans woman known as Aranza Aldanelly, 23 years old, was finally located dead by her relatives.

Through social media, her family announced on Monday afternoon that after days of organizing intense teamwork with her close friends and loved ones to find her whereabouts, she was unfortunately found in a way they did not expect.

“Now rest in peace my girl, we did all the necessary publicity to find you and so it was, but not in the way we expected, your entire family is devastated, we still wonder why you, with such humility and a heart so big full of joy, will now only be beautiful memories, God give you eternal rest my little girl and to your mother much strength,” wrote her family on Facebook.

Friends of Aranza expressed their condolences to the family, wishing them strength and a quick recovery, as well as words of affection for the young woman.

“My deepest condolences to you and your entire family, may God give you strength and a quick recovery,” wrote Luma Moreno.
