The victim's body was found with a gunshot wound to the head on the morning of Monday 6th November.
After the discovery on Monday morning in the Mirador area of a body that was initially identified as a [cisgender] woman, the State Attorney General's Office specified that the body was that of a [trans woman].
As was opportunely reported at 9:55 in the morning on Monday, November 6, the discovery was reported at the tourist viewpoint of the scenic highway, the body of a woman with a gunshot wound to her head.
The approximately 40-year-old person was wearing black pants, with white dots on the side, tennis shoes and black socks, as well as an olive green hooded jacket, and long, dyed hair.
After the report, units of Public Security, Federal Roads and Bridges, CAPUFE notified the State Attorney General's Office and Expert Services.
The body was inside the area where people stopped to observe the landscape, next to a fence, and he still had a boat in his hands, on which he remained after the shot.
It should be noted that this Tuesday a position was given by the Ensenada Feminicide Observatory that will consider this crime in its repository as a Transfeminicide, a criminal figure that is currently being worked on by activists for its recognition.
