Blenda Schneider (Beatriz)

Beatriz was shot in the street on her way back from a friend's house.

A 34-year-old trans woman was shot dead on Sunday (2), in the Bela Vista neighborhood, in Cabo de Santo Agostinho , in Greater Recife . According to the Civil Police, the victim, identified as Blenda Schneider, was murdered on rua 19 at around 9 pm.

She was returning from a friend's house when she was hit by gunfire. Blenda was known in the community where she lived as Guegê and worked as a kitchen assistant, but was unemployed.
