Bianca was shot three times by two men on a motorcycle. She died at the scene.
A [trans woman] was shot dead at around 11 pm on Thursday night (26, in front of the Dr. José Cursino de Azevedo School, on Folha 10, Núcleo Nova Marabá. According to information, the victim, Bianca, was executed by two men who arrived on a motorcycle and fired three shots.
Military Police agents were called in by witnesses via the Integrated Operations Center (NIOP). When they arrived at the scene, they found the body of the lifeless victim.
Bianca was formally identified as [deadname] Pereira Veras by the Military Police. She worked on programs in the locality.
According to police officers who were at the scene, she and other colleagues were involved in a recent discussion with clients who accused Bianca of theft. There is a possibility that the crime was motivated by revenge.
