Gabriela was found inside her apartment with her hands tied behind her back. There were no signs of forced entry.
A trans woman was found dead, with her hands tied behind her back, inside the apartment she rented on calle Los Geranios, in the Pando urbanization of San Miguel.
This is Gabriela Cruz Pimentel (46), who - according to her neighbors - worked in a photocopy business in front of the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM).
His sister, Katherine Cruz, found the body yesterday afternoon and reported it to the authorities. She told the police that she went to visit Gabriela after she had not heard from her in several days. She found the body on the bed in her room, with her hands tied behind her back, in a prone position.
Sources of the investigation revealed that the doors of the apartment were not forced, so it is suspected that Gabriela Cruz Pimentel let her killer in. According to neighbors, on Thursday night a party was held in the multi-family home, which is rented by several people.
