The killing of a transvestite outside an Orlando bar led to the arrest Wednesday of a suspect who had proclaimed his distaste for homosexuality just before the shooting, police said. Keith Neil Washington, 18, was arrested in the Tuesday morning murder of Donnie O. Osby outside the Dixie Doodle Lounge, 708 S. Parramore Ave. Osby and an acquaintance were leaning against a pickup in front of the Dixie Doodle around 2 a.m. Tuesday when they were approached by two men who demanded their valuables, said Orlando police Sgt.Bill Mulloy.
